Acne vs. Your face

Posted by Andrea Robin at 3:47 PM
Do you know that there's meaning behind those acne pop-out from your face? I do not know about it either until now. So, have you heard about Face Mapping? Actually face mapping method have been used by Chinese ancient long longgg time ago to check on their patient's health. Our face actually connected to different parts of our body's organs. So in the past where there's no medical advancement, these people can check your health just by looking at your face, skin, etc.
However, other factors such as your lifestyles, habits and so on can cause acne to pop-out too.
So let's see the story behind your acne/pimple...

Forehead (3 & 1): Divided into Left & Right side which is related to your digestive system. If you frequently have break out here it means that your digestion is poor therefore you need to drink a lot of water, eat more fruits and vegetables in order for your digestive to run smoothly. Other factors such as wearing dirty hats/caps, dirty hair can also leads to skin break out.

Between Eyebrows (2): This related to your liver. Over consumptions of rich foods like cheese, alcohol or eating late night habits will cause your skin to break out. So try to keep away from eating late night and reduce consumption on rich foods.

Cheek (5 & 9): These refer to your Upper lungs which means you may have respiratory problem. Smokers or allergy people might experience fine broken capillaries on these area. If you're suffering from acne just one side of your cheek then it's probably from your cell phone or dirty pillowcase so do clean your cell phone regularly and change your pillow case at least twice a week, you'll see the difference in a month!

Ears (4 & 10): These strongly related to your Kidney. If you always have big pimples at the back of your ears it means that your body is dehydrated. So do drink at least 8 glasses of water everyday and avoid caffeine, salt as these ingredients will drain out the liquid in your body rapidly.

Side Chin (11 & 13): Greatly related to Hormone here. Get at least 8 hours of sleep everyday because if you have enough sleep your body stress level will be lower as a result your hormone will be balance.

Center of Chin (12): This part relate to your small intestine therefore having poor diet, food allergies can cause break out. Other factor such as toothpaste, oily food traces on your chin while eating can cause clogged pores.

Neck (14) : The skin on your neck is as delicate as your face, therefore do not neglect caring for this part too. Always remember to put on sun-screen before exposing to the sun to avoid aging.

Chest: If you have acne on your chest. It's because of your stress level is high. Other factor like wearing dirty clothes. Get enough sleep and don't wear dirty clothes.

Here's 2 Important things that'll affect your overall body appearance.

1. Water
This is very essential to everyone, it's the same like you need air to breath while your body need water to work. Water help to cleans your body by flushing out all the toxic inside body. If you body is lack of water then every organs in your body will slow down their performance and as a result you'll easily feeling fatigue, dull complexion, prone to break out, easily get fat... however, do not drink too much water 4 hours before going to sleep as it will make your face bloated in the morning.

2. Get Enough Sleep
Yes this is very very very important as well. When you sleep, your body will start to work very hard to repair your skin and everything so if you don't have enough sleep then your body probably can't have the quality time to repair your skin and guess what? You'll end up having deep dark eyes circles and pimples all over you face. Scary eh @_@ Sleeping can also lower your stress level so your hormone will not jump all over the place LoLs~

These 2 things are the best free treatment for your skin. To be honest, I never bother these things before as I'm so busy finding the right products to cure my oily, acne/pimple prone skin before and as a result of using too much chemicals, harsh products on my face I get dry and sensitive skin >.< so sad~ Then in the past 1.5 years I tried to change my daily habits by drinking lots of water, get enough sleep and the miracle happens! It really surprised me by how my overall body become more healthier and my face is getting better now.

I know now that a healthy lifestyle can really change a person from inside out. I also learn that you cannot just rely on beauty products to have clear skin because most important is you need to take a good care of your own body then only find a products that will work well with your own skin.

Remember WATER and SLEEP are the best thing you could give to your body ^^
